Senior Clinicians Supervision Group - 3

Service Description

I am pleased to invite you to the third year of our Senior Supervisors Group. We will continue the work we have developed together: thinking closely about clinical cases, reflecting on the supervision process, and learning from one another’s experience. At our last meeting, we also discussed ideas raised by members of the group about how this work might grow. I would like us to carry those ideas into the coming year. This year, I hope the group will take a more active place within the wider Neuropsychoanalysis Society. Its members will be recognized as senior colleagues and supervisors, and we will begin offering opportunities for supervision to participants in the Certificate programme, as well as to other Society members who wish to learn with supervisors from our group. This is a meaningful step, and one we can shape together. Our meetings will remain a place to bring questions from our own supervisory work, examine what helps a therapist develop, and consider how neuropsychoanalytic supervision can be taught and sustained.
